Well, there are some formulas that you can apply to significantly improve your skin. Never forget that the first steps are: cleansing, toning and, of course, moisture.

Acne

It is the most common skin problem. Excess of sebum or the presence of bacteria leads to pimples. Risk factors? Hormonal changes, family medical history or some allergies. Acne occurs mostly at teens and disappears after the age of 30, although it may persist longer.

Acne treatment begins with removing the excess of sebum by cleaning and toning. Choose skin care products for oily or mixed. Step two, watch your diet! Eat foods rich in natural antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. If the situation does not improve, your dermatologist can prescribe stronger treatments based on antibiotics or retinol.

Blackheads

Occurs when the pores are blocked by sebum excess and dead cells. Use only oil-free care products and makeup. After cleaning, apply a toner to prevent the emergence of other black spots or enlarged pores. Once or twice a week is good to use a gentle exfoliant that removes dead skin cells and sebum excess. Besides a healthy diet, add a multivitamin supplement specifically designed for skin problems.

Enlarged pores

Appear also in case of oily skin or mixed. As if acne were not enough, chances are high to produce excess sebum and visible pores. Your allies in this case should be: a cleaning product for oily skin, astringent mask, toner and a mild exfoliant. Every time you clean your skin, do not forget the toner! The Exfoliant and the mask can be use once or twice a week.An abnormal skin pigmentation or spots are a common problem of the middle age.

Occurs when melanin, the pigment that makes skin colourfull,is stored in excess. Hyperpigmentation may have several causes. A hormonal disturbance, genetic factors, excessive exposure to sun or solar, low immunity, liver disease, age or increased toxicity
body, all can cause stains that appear most often on the face. How to treat? You can use some whitening skin creams recommended by a pharmacist or a doctor. Or you can do a very effective laser treatment.

Do not skip the recommended eight hours of sleep!

USE DERMATOCOSMETICS

Skin with imperfections needs attention care. Often it is sufficient the use of dermatocosmetics to relieve problems.
