Quick Weight Loss Diet

-Drink 2.5 liters of water per day;

No alcohol is permitted.;
-
Sweets and cakes are exlcuse;
-
Snacks between meals should be exclusively of fruit.
Day1-
Breakfast-2 slices of toast with marinated fish (herring);Coffee.
Snack-a fruit.
Lunch-150g chicken breast, grilled with spices;vegetable salad of any kind.
Snack-a fuit.
Dinner-
any vegetable salad or a menu choice in the limit of 400 calories.
Day2-Breakfast-2 slices of bread with liver pate;Coffee.
Snack-a fruit.
Lunch-cold boiled beef;100g boiled carrots.
Snack-a fruit.
Dinner-Exotic fruit salad (no bananas) or menu choice in the limit of 400 calories.
Day3-
Breakfast-2 slices lean ham with two slices of bread;Coffee.
Snack-a fruit.
Lunch-Grilled trout with garlic and lemon;vegetable salad of any kind.
Snack-a fruit.
Dinner-skimmed cheese slice of black bread or a menu choice in the limit of 400 calories.
Day4-
Breakfast-fish;Tomato and onion salad;Coffee.
Snack-a fruit.
Lunch-vegetable gratin;200g chicken.
Snack-a fruit.
Dinner-A glass of buttermilk and soup or a menu choice in the limit of 400 calories.
Day5-Breakfast-2 slices of toast, lettuce, two slices of cold chicken breast;Coffee.
Snack-a fruit.
Lunch-150g cooked chicken meat;mashed vegetables;lettuce.
Snack-a fruit.
Dinner-stewed beef steak and green salad or a menu choice in the limit of 400 calories.
Day6-
Breakfast-2 slices lean ham with two slices of bread;Coffee.
Snack-a fruit.
Lunch-cooked rice (preferably the wild);Tuna salad (with olives 4-5).
Snack-a fruit.
Dinner-100g dried fruit salad or a menu choice in the limit of 400 calories.
Day7-
Breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs;2 slices of toast;Coffee.
Snack-a fruit.
Lunch-grilled salmon with garlic and lemon;vegetable salad of any kind.
Snack-a fruit.
Dinner-skimmed cheese slice of black bread or a menu choice in the limit of 400 calories.
